iRecruitment R12: Reconsider Terminated Applicants
One of the new features in Oracle HCM R12 suite is in iRecruitment. This feature allows managers and recruiters to reconsider terminated applications now. Using the Reconsider Terminated Applications feature, they can reverse termination of an applicant; Reactivate applications that were erroneous transaction, or mis communication.
